Terms of service
Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive our confirmation email. Prices include applicable taxes. We reserve the right to cancel and fully refund any order affected by an obvious pricing error or stock discrepancy — we'll always tell you why.
Payment
Online payments are processed by Razorpay on their secure platform. For pay-on-delivery orders, payment is due in full when the parcel is handed over. Unpaid online orders are held for a short time and then released back to stock.
Product accuracy
Natural stones vary — colour and inclusions make each piece slightly unique, and screen settings can shift how a piece looks. Weights and dimensions are approximate within industry tolerance.
Returns
Returns are governed by our Shipping & Returns policy: 30 days to return an unworn piece, and exchanges on personalised work. If something arrives faulty, tell us within the return window and we will replace or refund it. This does not cover loss, theft, or damage from misuse, and plating naturally wears with time and contact with water, perfume or sweat.
Reviews
By posting a review you allow us to display it on our site. We remove reviews that are abusive, fraudulent, or unrelated to the product.
