Our pieces are gold- or silver-plated brass, and some use steel or copper alloys. The stones are American diamonds (cubic zirconia), crystals and imitation pearls — not natural diamonds or precious gems. That is what keeps the prices where they are. Every piece is checked before it is dispatched.

You can pay online via UPI, credit/debit cards, netbanking and wallets (processed securely by Razorpay), or choose pay-on-delivery and pay in cash or by card when your order arrives.

Orders are dispatched within 2 business days and usually arrive in 3–7 days depending on where you are. You will get a tracking link by email as soon as it ships.

Yes — you have 30 days from delivery for a refund or exchange, as long as the piece is unworn and in its original packaging. Personalised pieces can be exchanged but not refunded.

Yes — delivery is free on every order, anywhere in India. Your order is dispatched with a courier and you can follow it from the Track order page.

Keep pieces away from water, perfume and sweat, and wipe them with a soft dry cloth after wearing. Store them separately in a pouch or lined box. Plating lasts far longer when it is not worn while bathing, swimming or exercising.
