What we collect
When you place an order we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery address — the minimum needed to make and deliver your piece. If you write a review or contact us, we keep the name and message you choose to share. Your shopping bag is stored only on your own device.
Payments
Online payments are processed by Razorpay. Your card, UPI and banking details go directly to Razorpay over an encrypted connection — they never touch our servers and we never see them. We store only the payment reference needed to match your payment to your order.
What we don't do
We do not sell, rent or share your personal information with anyone except the courier who delivers your order and the payment processor who handles your payment. No advertising trackers, no data brokers.
Your choices
Write to us through our contact page any time to see the information we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted (we keep order records only as long as tax law requires).
