- • Ready pieces are dispatched within 2 business days. Made-to-order and resized pieces take 7–14 days — we'll tell you before you pay.
- • Delivery typically takes 3–7 days across India, with a tracking link sent by email.
- • Delivery is free on every order, anywhere in India.
- • You'll receive tracking by email the moment your order is dispatched.
Returns & exchanges
- • 30 days from delivery for a full refund or exchange — no questions, no restocking fee.
- • Pieces must be unworn and in their original packaging with the certificate card.
- • Engraved and custom commissions can be exchanged or repaired, but not refunded.
- • To start a return, reply to your order confirmation email or use the contact page — we'll arrange the pickup and tell you what to do next.
- • Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of the piece reaching us.
Lifetime care
- • A complimentary professional clean and inspection once a year, for the life of the piece.
